R&D Manager / Director

We’re seeking a hands-on, scientifically rigorous leader to guide formulation development, oversee IND-enabling studies, and drive cross-functional execution. Ideal candidates will bring experience in nanoparticle formulation, continuous manufacturing, and regulatory-aligned product development.

Product Development Scientists – 2 Positions

Join our core technical team to develop NanoCont™-enabled drug products from concept through clinical readiness. Candidates should have experience in solid oral dosage forms, nanoparticle processing, dissolution testing, and formulation optimization.
